  1.                          SHORT FORM OF LEASE

  38.            Landlord's prior written consent.
  39.         d] It shall comply with all building, zoning and
  40.            health codes and other applicable laws for said
  41.            leased premises.
  42.         e] It shall not conduct a business deemed extra
  43.            hazardous, a nuisance or requiring an increase fire
  44.            insurance premiums. Tenant warrants the leased
  45.            premises shall be used only for the following type
